                       Community Open House and Showcase

• Clubhouse & Fitness Center open for viewing all day.
• Complimentary burgers & hot dogs, snacks, soft drinks and draft beer located throughout the open house all day
• Anniversary Sales in the Pro Shop
• Demo Days for golf and tennis
• Happy Hour drink pricing in the Clubhouse all day
• Contest winners drawn and awarded at 4:00pm
• New Home, Build-Ready Homesites & Community Information at the Information Center
• Realtor-Staffed Resale Homes open for inspection
• Snacks & Refreshments at the Information Center and Open Resale Homes

From now thru January 24, 2010, Heron Creek offers this “ONCE IN A DECADE” opportunity to join the Club with Initiation Fees Waived! That’s right, you can join the Club with no up front fees.
